What it earns

≈ marks a rate paid in points, valued at ₹0.2 a point. That is Zenidhi's conservative valuation, the same one the audit uses: the cheap end of what the points can be redeemed for, never the best transfer. Redeemed well, they can be worth more.

What costs extra

Worse than earning nothing: Axis Bank charges a fee for these.

• 1% on Rent Transaction fee, plus GST
• 1% on Wallet Load Transaction Fee, plus GST
• 1% on Fuel Transaction Fee, plus GST
• 1% on Education Transaction Fee (third-party apps only), plus GST
• 1% on Utility Transaction Fee, plus GST
• 1% on Online skill-based gaming Transaction Fee, plus GST

Milestones

In Axis Bank's own words:

• You will be eligible to earn 1,000 EDGE REWARD Points on achieving annual spends of ₹1.5 lakhs in your card anniversary year. Spends will be evaluated 60 days after your card anniversary date ... Eligible customers will be automatically credited with 1,000 EDGE REWARD Points within 90 days of achieving Milestone. → 1,000 EDGE REWARD Points

Fees

• Annual fee: ₹500, plus 18% GST
• Joining fee: ₹500

Welcome benefit: Sony LIV Premium annual subscription (Axis values it at ₹1,499) on reaching the bank's spend condition.
