These terms govern your use of the Zenidhi app and website. By creating an account or using Zenidhi, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use Zenidhi. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Zenidhi is a personal expense tracker and goal-planning tool. It helps you record what you earn and spend and plan toward your goals. Zenidhi is not a bank, payment service, lender, deposit-taker, or investment adviser, and nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any numbers, plans, or projections are informational estimates based on what you enter; you are responsible for your own financial decisions.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your number and device secure, and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it, uploading unlawful content, or using it to infringe others' rights. You will only add data you are entitled to add (for example, contact details used for bill-splitting).
The data you enter remains yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time — see account deletion.
We work to keep Zenidhi available and improving, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may add, change, or remove features over time. We may suspend or discontinue the service, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenidhi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for financial decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using Zenidhi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.
For any complaint, please first contact our Grievance Officer at shyamsaitejam@gmail.com; we aim to resolve grievances within the timelines required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, we will ask you to accept the updated terms in the app.
