Export or delete your data
You can request a copy of all your Zenidhi data, or permanently delete your account and everything associated with it, at any time.
Delete your account in the app (fastest)
Open Zenidhi and go to Settings → Your data → Delete my account. After two confirmations the deletion runs immediately: your account and data are erased, any Gmail access you granted is revoked at Google, and you're signed out. It is permanent and cannot be undone — there is no recovery window and no waiting period.

If you can no longer sign in, or you want an export of your data, email shyamsaitejam@gmail.comfrom a position to verify your account (we'll confirm the mobile number on the account) and tell us which you want. We action verified requests and complete them within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed, including:
- Your profile (mobile number, name, and planning inputs)
- All transactions, accounts, categories, and recurring items
- Your connected cards, and the Gmail grant behind automatic tracking — the access token is deleted and revoked at Google
- Your goals, goal plans, claims, and investment instructions
- Bill-splits, debts, and groups you created
- Personality quiz answers and results
- Your sign-in sessions and any reminder/notification settings
What we may retain
We delete your data immediately on request. In limited cases we may retain a minimal record only where required to comply with law or to resolve a dispute, after which it is securely deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
