What it earns

≈ marks a rate paid in miles, valued at ₹0.4 a point. That is Zenidhi's conservative valuation, the same one the audit uses: the cheap end of what the points can be redeemed for, never the best transfer. Redeemed well, they can be worth more.

What earns nothing

Spend in these categories earns no rewards on this card, however it is paid for:

• Fuel
• Wallet loads
• Rent
• Utility bills
• Telecom bills
• Insurance premiums
• Gaming
• Government payments
• Cash withdrawals and fees
• EMI conversions

What costs extra

Worse than earning nothing: SBI Card charges a fee for these.

• 1% on Utility Payment Fee
• 1% on Fee on Education Payment Transactions (third-party apps only)

Milestones

In SBI Card's own words:

• "Get 6000 IndiGo BluChips on Spends of 3 Lakh" (issued as a BluChip Voucher; period unstated) → 6,000 BluChips
• "… 6 Lakh" — 6,000 BluChips again → 6,000 BluChips
• "… 9 Lakh" — 6,000 BluChips again → 6,000 BluChips
• "… and 12 Lakh each" — 6,000 BluChips again → 6,000 BluChips

• Annual fee: ₹4,999, plus 18% GST
