Browser Extension Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Zenidhi Card Offers browser extension only. The Zenidhi mobile app and website are covered separately by our main privacy policy. The two products handle data very differently, which is why they are described apart.

Effective 11 August 2026Applies to the browser extension

The short version

The extension stores the names of the credit-card products you tick, on your own computer. It reads the booking-provider names and displayed fares on Skyscanner India flight-results pages so it can work out what your cards would take off each one. It sends nothing from those pages anywhere. It makes exactly one network request — downloading our public list of card offers — and that request carries no information about you.

What is stored, and where

Everything below is kept in your browser's local extension storage on your own device. None of it is transmitted to us, and none of it is linked to a Zenidhi account — the extension has no sign-in and no account of any kind.

  • The card products you tick.Product names and their issuing bank, for example "HSBC Premier Credit Card". This is a list you choose from our public catalogue. No card numbers, no last-4 digits, no expiry, no CVV, no cardholder name, no bank login. The extension has no way to obtain any of those. (Note this differs from the mobile app, which does store the last four digits of a card you connect — see the main policy.)
  • A cached copy of our public offer list. The same file anyone can download; it contains offer terms, not your data.
  • A short diagnostic note about the last page scanned. How many booking providers were found, how many had offer data, which of our detection methods worked, and the names of providers we don't yet have offers for. No prices, no route, no dates, no page address. It exists so the extension can tell you when it has stopped working — Skyscanner changes its page layout often, and without this a broken extension looks identical to "you have no offers". It stays on your device unless you choose to email it to us using the "Something look wrong?" link, in which case you can read the whole message before sending it.

What the extension reads on web pages

The extension only runs on Skyscanner India flight-results pages (addresses beginning https://www.skyscanner.co.in/transport/flights/). It runs on no other website. On those pages it reads the visible booking-provider names and their displayed fares, and the flight route in the page address, in order to work out which of your cards has an applicable offer and how much it would take off.

That information is used on your device and immediately discarded. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. The extension does not change prices, does not change or add links, does not redirect you, and does not insert advertising.

The one network request

To keep offer terms current — banks change them monthly — the extension downloads our public offer list from a Zenidhi server. It is an ordinary unauthenticated download. It carries no query parameters, no cookies or credentials, no identifier of any kind, no list of your cards, and no information about the page you are viewing. We cannot tell who made the request or what they were looking at.

As with any web request, our server automatically logs what all web servers log: an IP address, a timestamp, and a browser user-agent string. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you, and we do not attempt to connect them to anything else.

What we do not do

  • No analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry of any kind.
  • No cookies set by the extension.
  • No selling or renting of data to anyone.
  • No use or transfer of data for any purpose unrelated to showing you card offers.
  • No use or transfer of data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • No browsing history collection, and no reading of other tabs.
  • No affiliate or commission links. We earn nothing if you book.

Deleting everything

Untick your cards to clear the stored selection, or remove the extension from your browser — uninstalling deletes all of its local storage, which is everything it has. There is nothing on our side to delete, because there is nothing on our side: we hold no account, profile, or record associated with your use of the extension.

Not affiliated with Skyscanner or any bank

Zenidhi is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skyscanner, any booking provider, or any bank or card issuer. Offer terms are transcribed by hand from each issuer's own published terms and linked so you can check them yourself. They can change or be withdrawn without notice, and the discount shown is an estimate based on the fare Skyscanner displays — the booking site's final amount may differ.
